Greeted with champagne and a red carpet,
we celebrated my birthday with seats at Harvey Nichols
for Vogue's Fashion Night Out.
Inspired by the international flavour, designers showcased on the evening included Diane Von Furstenberg, Dolce & Gabbana, Roberto Cavalli, Gucci, Christian Louboutin and Alexander McQueen.
The Collections included-
Smoking Attitude, Biker Boys, Modern Minimalism, Shades of Autumn, Faux Fur, In The City, Digital Prints, Keep me Dry, The Outsiders, Denim, Shots of Colour, Rule Britannia, Roberto Cavalli 40th Anniversary, Gothic and Embellisment.
The show portrayed a sophisticated look with a grey colour pallete
with a contrasting mix of bright solid shapes in the Digital prints collection
and texture amongst the Faux Fur.
Layered denims, structured leather shapes and contrasting loose, chunky knits,
worked alongside metalic embellisments and draped silks.
I found a new love for men in hats.
